Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Signature Insurance Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

Signature Insurance Solutions provides insurance brokerage services including:

• Life insurance
• Risk assessment and consultation

Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for insurance applications
• Pay premiums and fees as agreed upon
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect your coverage
• Comply with all policy terms and conditions
• Report claims promptly and cooperate in claim investigations

Limitation of Liability

Signature Insurance Solutions acts as an insurance broker and agent. Our liability is limited to the services we provide as intermediaries between clients and insurance carriers. We are not liable for coverage decisions, claim denials, or other actions taken by insurance companies.

Professional Standards

We maintain professional standards in accordance with Illinois insurance regulations and industry best practices. We are licensed insurance professionals committed to acting in our clients' best interests while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards. Client information will only be shared as necessary to provide insurance services or as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with appropriate notice. Termination does not affect existing insurance policies or ongoing claims, but may affect our ability to provide ongoing service for those policies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Kane County, Illinois.
